• Terminal is located within the Ibru complex, Ibafon, Apapa, Lagos
• Good access roads in and out terminal and within the complex
• Topography of the terminal is at and overlooks the lagoon
• Central fire station run by the seventeen Ibru complex stake-holders with individual in firefighting team for emergency services/ response.
